Much as I love Forums, they can have a negative effect on your opinions at times.
This of course depends on the type of Forum.
I belong to a local one http://www.neforum2.co.uk/ which is fun, has a vast array of topics, and has just hit the 800 members mark.
There are many interesting people on there...and one or two arseholes.... so an accurate portrayal of British Life in 2008 methinks.

My other favourite is my Over Flanders Fields forum!...this one is totally dedicated to a Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator Modification, called (not Surprisingly) Over Flanders Fields

This is, without doubt imho...the most incredible piece of Modding I have yet seen!
The Dev Team have taken a 'mediocre' simulator, and transformed it into a true rendition of the First World War in the Air!...Stunning work!!... And deserving of mention.
